Cancellation Policy
Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a £15 fee.

Late Arrival Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a £10 late fee will apply. Unfortunately, if you are over 30 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and it may need to be rescheduled.
